Dental Insurance

Dental Insurance will provide peace of mind and preventative care and well being for you and your family.  Dental insurance provides coverage in the following areas:

  • Preventative: checkups, cleanings, and x-rays
  • Basic: fillings and repairs
  • Major: dentures, bridgework and crowns
  • Orthodontia: for children under age 19 for braces

PPO Networks

Most dental plans have coverage tied to utilizing a dentist on their network.  You need to either ask your dentist, or go to the insurance company website for verification.

We have three individual dental plan options for your consideration:

  1. Renaissance – Free choice option
  2. Anthem- Two PPO Network options (100 or 200) and annual maximum options
  3. Humana- PPO Network option
